Equipment Assembly

Our installation department covers a wide range of needs and services including; product transportation, removal and installation. Our installation team is made up of certified professionals who handle fitness equipment in the best possible manner.

During the relocation/installation process, our team conducts the following procedures (1) prior to transportation, equipment is thoroughly tested for correct operation, (2) the unit is disassembled, as required for transportation (3) the unit will be handled with care and transported to the desired location, (4) the unit is reassembled and (5) is then QC (Quality Control) tested to ensure correct operation.

Warranty Service

North Climb is certified to perform repairs on any make and model equipment while the OEM warranty period is in effect. We maintain excellent relationship with all manufacturers which ensure a seamless process when conducting warranty repairs on your equipment. North Climb will not only rectify the initial concern but also review equipment for other possible issues to be addressed under warranty.

Equipment Refurbishment

Through equipment refurbishment program Noth Climb can enhance the look of any fitness center as well as provide the essential assurance that each piece is in pristine operating order. Unfortunately purchasing new equipment can easily cost tens of thousands of dollars, which simply may not be an option.

After considering this issue, North Climb started the Equipment Refurbishment and Restoration Program. This program is designed to meet the needs of fitness equipment owners by providing a cost-effective alternative to replacing their existing equipment by completely restoring their current worn out units. After this program is conducted, each unit is restored back to a renewed condition.

When conducting the program, North Climb performs the following essential services:

On-site facility equipment assessment.
Complete mechanical replacement of wearable parts.
Diagnostic, calibration & adjustment according to factory specifications.
Degrease and lubrication of drive systems.
Aesthetic rejuvenation, upholstery replacement & paint touch-up.

Interior Design & Facility Layout

Premier utilizes over ten years of experience working with and staffing the most detailed architects, designers and developers in order to optimize the fitness center to your specific vision. Detailed and precise layouts coupled with capabilities such as; flooring, tile, electrical, plumbing entertainment, carpentry, remodeling and more, ensures that from start to finish the design of your fitness center is a seamless and efficient process. If desired, North Climb will also partner with third-party contractors of your choice. All layout and design work is done in-house at North Climb office.
